Our pricing has three parts:
a) Pricing Plan: This is your base subscription and defines what you get: number of AI agents, included minutes/credits, and available features. We offer three main plans—Starter, Pro, and Biz—designed to fit most organizations, and we can create a custom solution if your enterprise needs go beyond these.
b) Add-on Bundles: Optional extra credits you can stack on top of your base plan. They give you more usage at a better per‑minute rate than simply paying overages.
c) Overages: If your usage goes beyond what’s included in your plan and any Add-on Bundles, overage charges apply automatically so your calls and service continue without interruption.
You'll be charged the overage rate for your plan, billed at the end of your cycle. However, before your minutes run out, you can always purchase an additional add-on bundle, which gives you a lower per minute cost.
For monthly plans, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime via your account dashboard. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
For annual plans, you can upgrade your plan anytime by contacting our Customer Success team, but you can only downgrade at the end of your contract cycle. Changes take effect at the first billing cycle of the new contract period.
We accept all the major credit cards for monthly plan subscriptions.
For annual plans, you can choose to pay via credit cards for monthly payments, or opt for bank transfer if you choose to pay annually.
a) For monthly subscriptions without a fixed-term contract, we do not offer refunds for partial monthly billing cycles. You can, however, cancel at any time to stop charges from the next month onward.
b) For annual subscriptions on a contract, refunds are not provided during the contracted term. You may cancel auto-renewal so the plan does not renew at the end of the current period.

No, unused minutes cannot be carried forward to the next monthly cycle.
No, local phone numbers are not included with the AcktivAI Agent. You must source your own number from providers like Twilio or Telnyx and connect it to your AcktivAI Agent.
We and our partners can assist with setup, but you'll need to complete full Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification directly with the provider for account approval.
